Refund Policy

I vow to make the most of each moment we have together, striving for the best results possible with each Client. That being said, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your experience with me, please let me know, and we can discuss reimbursement of your payment.

We offer a 30-day, no questions asked, return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact right away, and we’ll make it right! If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Email with the reason you were dissatisfied with your product, and we’ll make it right. Simple as that.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund after 5-7 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’re still having issues, please contact right away and we’ll help to get it straightened out.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If we require return shipping of the item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When shipping, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to help ensure a smooth return process.
