REWIND SESSION - 60 MINS

Service Description

(**NOTE: Select this session (vs the 90-minute Rewind Session) if you have only one event, trauma, or phobia, and do not require a full hour of coaching. Feel free to contact me first if you're not sure which one you need!) A 60-minute session held via Zoom (or in-office if you're in the Hillsboro, Oregon area) that includes 30 minutes of clarity coaching, and 30 minutes for the life-changing Rewind Technique to neutralize traumatic memories. Memories are NOT erased or forgotten; they are simply helped to process correctly in the brain. When this happens, memories no longer feel present (like they are happening "now"), and all negative emotions tied to the memory dissipate (crying, fear, anxiety, etc.), as well as all nightmares and flashbacks associated with the memory. All sessions include unlimited follow-up email check-ins.
